Our core belief is that by empowering the individual to do right by their customers, we can change the world one deal at a time. We do this through re-educating sales people to become trusted advisers, and impact their customers’ organizations from within, providing them with the best sales training and the right sales tools to become true consultative sales professionals.

History

Founded in the Spring of 2010, Cashmark Consulting Group offers training, consulting, and mentoring services to help business owners achieve their targets and grow their companies. We specialize in MPS sales training and consulting in the US, UK and EMEA markets.

Based out of Boise, Idaho, CCG’s first mission was to bring MPS sales expertise to the UK. Building strategic partnerships, we created a complete start-to-finish MPS strategy for dealerships and have trained management and sales reps in the consultative techniques that make it work. But one size does not fit all, so our sales training has evolved into a sales hiring and training methodology which goes beyond interview and classroom to include in-the-field mentoring.

Expanding beyond the document imaging industry, we now offer consulting and training solutions for businesses in all markets. We can help you build on your team’s strengths, offer tools for improvement, and show you how to get the results you want.

In 2013, Cashmark Consulting Group is introducing a new MPS sales tool, In-Map, to the US market. In-Map is a ground breaking software offering a TCO calculator (total cost of ownership) with an interactive  floor mapping tool.

In addition CCG will be championing a BPO Partnering Program through which you can add Business Process Outsourcing to the valued services you offer your customers, positioning you as their lead resource and problem solver.

Management Team

 

Shawn Cashmark – Co-Founder and Managing Director

Cashmark Consulting Group’s training and consulting programmes are enriched by Shawn’s 25 years of experience in all aspects of sales, sales management, and executive education. His Managed Print Services (MPS) expertise dates back to 2001 with Pinnacle Document Systems, now Sharp Business Systems (SBS). He was instrumental in implementing a CRM solution within all SBS locations and training each new branch to use that technology to streamline the MPS sales engagement process and achieve profitability benchmarks.

In 2009 Shawn joined Compass Sales Solutions as VP of Sales to roll out their new Sherpa software solution, which has become the premiere sales force software for the document imaging industry.

Shawn’s focus has always been on dealer support, MPS integration, and the implementation of education strategies to maximize growth and profits. As an affiliate of the Print Management Solutions Group, he is leading the expansion of their sales training programmes into the EMEA markets.

In summing up what Cashmark Group offers, Shawn likes to quote Zig Ziglar:

Sue Ramsey-Cashmark – Co-Founder and Financial Director

Sue has over 20 years of experience in sales, management, administration, and accounting in a variety of industries, including film, restaurant, retail, construction, B2B sales, and document imaging. Sue is Cashmark Consulting Group’s business development leader, creating strategic partnerships to provide our clients with the sales, software, and cloud-based solutions they need for a fully-integrated sales and management programme. Since 2008, she has also been a sales consultant for Scannx, overseeing direct sales of the company’s self-service library scanning solution in theUSAand developing dealer channels in theUK.

A graduate of Sheffield Hallam Universityin the UK with a BA in Fine Arts, Sue was active in the independent film community San Francisco Bay Area before moving to Boise, Idaho. She remains active in the Boise film community, producing short films and working with the group, Reel Women of the West, to further the development of aspiring women film-makers.
